ABOUT LEOTEC
Specialist markets. Personal understanding.
Leotec is a specialist recruitment company focused on critical infrastructure and controlled environments. We support clients across the UK, Europe, and North America who are designing, building, commissioning, and operating complex technical environments.
Our core specialisms cover data centre mechanical and cooling, electrical and critical power, commissioning and controls, and project delivery, as well as clean air, LEV, and controlled environments.
We’re not generalists. We focus on markets where technology and project context matter. That means we’re used to searches where the detail really counts.
Cooling topologies, critical power infrastructure, commissioning stage, controls platforms, live environments, or regulated clean and controlled spaces.
We take time to understand what you’re building and what the person actually needs to deliver, then go to the market for that talent.
Our network spans specialist engineers through to senior technical and project leadership.
Whether you’re making one critical appointment or building out a complete team, our aim is simple: understand the requirement, focus the search, and introduce people who can deliver in your environment.
If you’d like to talk through an upcoming hire or team build, tell us what you’re building, and we’ll take it from there.
